Purchase a voucher for home maintenance and repair

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions:
“Business Day” means any weekday within the “Business Hours” other than a bank or public USA holiday. Business Hours” means 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.
“Customer” or “Client” means the person(s), company, or organization who is responsible for payment of the job.
“Technician” means the staff member that we are sending to your job to complete the agreed upon work.
“Job” or “Project” means the agreed upon scope of work.
“Materials” mean the actual and/or consumable products used in the job. These become the property of the Customer and will be left at the job - usually installed at their location. It does not include “tools”.
“Tools” means the instruments and supplies that are used to install the materials on a job. These are the property of Integrity Construction & Repair or our Handyman’s.
“Voucher” means the block of dollars that was prepaid. This is for labor and materials.

2. Payment With Voucher
This includes any traveling that is needed after we have arrived to begin your project. Any labor that is provided for a project that exceeds the amount of hours purchased will be billed to the credit card that was used to purchase the voucher, at a rate of $100 per hour. Labor hours begin once the Technician has arrived at the location of the project or material supplier to purchase materials.
If work exceeds the cost of the voucher purchased the technician will require payment upon completion and before leaving your residence.
Material Purchases: If Integrity Construction and Renovation purchases materials* on your behalf, these costs will be deducted from your voucher balance, with a 30% markup applied. It is your responsibility to be aware of the costs of these materials, as we do not provide quotes or estimates before making purchases. The time spent purchasing materials is considered labor and will be deducted from the voucher or billed to the customer at the labor rate.
Access to Work Area: Please ensure the work area is accessible and free of clutter before the Technician's arrival. If the area is not cleared, we reserve the right to refuse service and still charge for the scheduled appointment.
Debris Disposal: We are not responsible for any debris or garbage left at the site. If you would like our Technician to dispose of this waste, there will be a minimum charge of $80.
Payment Options: We accept both cash and card payments. Please note that our Technicians do not carry change.

2. Payment Without Voucher
Labor Charges: Labor will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour. The billing will begin once our Technician arrives at your location to start the maintenance work.
Material Purchases: If Integrity Construction and Renovation purchases materials* on your behalf, these costs will be deducted from your voucher balance, with a 30% markup applied. It is your responsibility to be aware of the costs of these materials, as we do not provide quotes or estimates before making purchases. The time spent purchasing materials is considered labor and will be deducted from the total and billed to the customer at the labor rate.

4. Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel or reschedule within 1 day of any job. If Customer cancels the project when a technician is in route or already arrived at the Customer’s home, 2 hours will be billed against the voucher.

5. Warranties
Labor Warranty: Integrity Maintenance and Repair will remedy any deficiency in the labor craftsmanship, provided it receives prompt notice of the deficiency as follows:
- Integrity Construction & Renovation will return to the job to make it right and ensure that what was estimated and agreed upon is met with satisfaction on both parties. If further work is needed that is beyond what was estimated, Integrity Construction & Renovation will communicate and ask for an approval of job in writing before moving forward. The duration of our Labor warranty is 1 year from date of completion.
- Material Warranty: Manufacturer’s may or may not have product warranty on a designated product.
*Any material warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Integrity Construction & Renovation

6. Pictures
Integrity Construction & Renovation reserves the right to take pictures and document the progress of the job. These pictures may be used to demonstrate and communicate to customer the work and progress on the job. All pictures are owned by Integrity Construction & Renovation and may be used with discretion to promote and advertise our work on social media.
